Some of you may know that I have applied to be an online teacher at Idaho Digital Learning Academy. After sending in my resume etc. I received an e-mail interview. Basically just a few essay questions. Then, I was contacted for a telephone interview. A different process indeed, but hey, I'm game. They said I would hear back on if I got the job by sometime in the next week, and guess what? That's right! I was contacted last night and offered the position. I'll be teaching an online economics class and possibly a business class of some sort. I'm really excited. It will be interesting to see how online differs from a regular classroom. And I'm also really excited because I will get up to $15o per student at the end of the semester. That's right before Christmas and again in the spring. Maybe even in the summer. Pretty exciting stuff. I'll let you know how it goes.

I'll be teaching at Madison High School still and then supplement with an online class. I may have students from anywhere in Idaho.
