Running is getting easier. I bought new shoes so I don't have shin splints anymore. BUT....now my knees hurt. Not sure why. I think now I need to add something else on the days that I'm not running. I'm considering jumping on the trampoline. We'll see.
The WLC is going good. I haven't weighed in since before Reno. And I wasn't really dieting on the trip, just for one week and guess what.....I lost 4 pounds! Yeah! It doesn't look like it though. Bummer. I'm sure that will come. I've got to keep it up. I need a change.

Keep it up Amy!! That is awesome, My frined just finished a marathon and it was her first and she said the rush of running through the finish line and she said she was quite emotional after she did it. What a great accomplishment. I am so not a runner, and I have to run then walk, but mostely walk. I was running and walking with a friend about a year ago and my knees started aching as well, my mom said bad knees are in my family, so I stick to walking. I bet your knees will get used to it!! Good Luck!!!
