Running is getting easier. I bought new shoes so I don't have shin splints anymore. BUT....now my knees hurt. Not sure why. I think now I need to add something else on the days that I'm not running. I'm considering jumping on the trampoline. We'll see.
The WLC is going good. I haven't weighed in since before Reno. And I wasn't really dieting on the trip, just for one week and guess what.....I lost 4 pounds! Yeah! It doesn't look like it though. Bummer. I'm sure that will come. I've got to keep it up. I need a change.

Getting Fit Update
Kenny's Kindergarten Program
I can't believe that Kenny is almost done with Kindergarten. I remember the day he was born, and it just seems like yesterday. He's such a good reader, and loves singing and dancing. What an awesome big brother he is to Ashlyn. I recorded the cutest song ever, only the song teacher kind of got in the way, so excuse that please. But the words are way cute. Enjoy!
BPA NATIONALS IN RENO!
Look what I had to put up with for five days. CRAZY KIDS! Seriously though, I couldn't have picked two better kids to travel with. They were fun, respectful, and they sometimes included me, since it was just the three of us from Madison. We traveled with one student and one advisor from South Fremont, but we also did some things on our own. We went to South Lake Tahoe, Carson City, Virginia City, the mall, a casino down on the strip that had the best hamburgers ever, if you could be OK with busing your own table. We had a great time. And to finish the trip off, They placed 7th in the nation in Small Business Management Team. These kids truly are awesome!
